- Are your products handmade?
Yes! Our products are handmade in USA.
- What sizes do you offer in your products?
Currently we offer sizes newborn through adult 3x. Sometimes we offer doll tights as well.
- What is your turn around time?
Some of our tights will be ready to ship. Unless otherwise stated, our TAT is 4-6 weeks for every drop.
- How often do you release tights?
We have a release every or every OTHER Friday at 3 PM CST. Sometimes we have surprise drops - this is when you would want to be a member of our Facebook VIP group so you don't miss out!
- What size should I get?
We ask that you please measure your child and refer to the size chart before ordering. The size chart can be found in the photo section of every product listing. We believe our tights are true to size, but if you are unsure or in between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept any major credit card, Sezzle and Paypal.
- What if I order the wrong size?
We CANNOT exchange for size. We urge all customers to use the provided size chart before ordering.*** If you order the wrong size, you may post your tights for resell in our Facebook Group.
- What if I receive a defective order?
We take pride in our products AND customers. If you receive a pair of tights with a defect such as a hole, PLEASE NOTIFY US VIA E-MAIL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ITEM BEING DELIVERED. We CANNOT help with defective items if you wait longer than 24 hours to contact us about the issue.
- Return / Exchange Policy
Items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. We will resolve an issue involving any defective items but only within the 24 hour time frame.
